About Me
I can’t wait to be a senior citizen. I long to wear brooches and reflect on the good old days. I can’t wait to be thought of as wise simply because I have silver hair. Until then, I am working my way through this amazing life one day at a time. There are days when I feel too young to make a difference and too old to be relevant. I like being around people who are comfortable in their own skin because it makes me feel like I can be myself too. I love being married and being a mother. Every day my little boy does something so cute and I hope that I will remember it forever. My husband is incredibly handsome, patient, giving, romantic and scruffy. He can grow a full beard in two hours and secretly I know he is proud of it.
My name is Jana Bishop and I am a 30-year-old youth pastor’s wife. My life is beyond wonderful, yet I still have rough days and in some cases…rough weeks and months.
This blog is a glimpse into the reality of life in the ministry. I may be hopelessly flawed, but I am madly in love with my incredible Savior and the beautiful people I am blessed to share my life with.
